All The Great Ideas

Great ideas like Amazon, Apple, and millions of other ideas, companies, thoughts, and solutions are still waiting to be thought of, created, and drive the NEXT big thing.

I once said:

“I wish I had been born much earlier. So many great products, inventions, and ideas are already in the market.” (1967)

“All the great stuff already exists, thought of, or invented.” (1968)

Two years later, I invented a solution that went to the moon. Ten years later, I invented a new way to produce oil from shallow wells. And twenty ten years later, I was President and CEO of a brand way to sell insurance.

What changed? Me, I began looking for solutions globally and found them. What was I thinking? I wasn’t, is the right answer. I had not yet taught myself to look for problems that needed to be fixed.

I’ve also heard others say:

“They have already created the brilliant companies of our time during the dot-com era.”

Many of us desire to fix something when others tell us there’s a problem. Can you look, listen, visualize, and then create the solution “everyone” needs?

You can not sell something to someone if there is no need. You cannot provide a solution when there is nothing to solve.
