Annelise, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I've come to realize that I can write, but I don't have to. This means that I've found so many creative outlets to write about besides Medium. It's unfortunate, but Medium does not have leadership. Next, communication goes one way, down. When you combine that with the issues of duplicative accounts, accounts closed on a whim and policies that are unclear and, when you can find them, difficult to understand.
