As a serial entrepreneur, this has always been my mantra. I spent nine years playing American football. It was in high school, the Air Force, and one year of challenging my life with semi-pro.
I hated exercise with all those years of exercising, but apparently, it paid off. After semi-pro, I was told that over time I wouldn't be able to walk. They couldn't tell me when. Then, I was told I would die back when I was forty-two.
I had a heart attack and did die ever so briefly when I was sixty-seven. I'll be 77 this month—great health except for my walking ability.
Exercise and a good diet can extend anyone's life. I plan to live to be 100. It also helps to have a younger spouse. My wife is someone I won't die for because we don't want to miss a minute with one another. Thanks for remotivating me.
