As I type, I hope to get an answer to ensure you are on our list of writers. As editors, each of us is responsible for a day a week and fills in whenever we have the time (some of our Editors work for more than one publication).

I cannot speak to previous circumstances. We have up to 24 hours to publish or reject. We rarely take more than a few hours. Often, minutes are all it takes.
