As far as the book goes. I know that it was considered because I asked. It was. There were thirty-one choices made. Terry, your articles were good and added value to the AI vs HI movement. You enlightened people. That's what great articles do.

Please don't be upset with us. As writers, we're volunteer editors. The VERY little money that's made from the publication goes towards supporting our charity elephant and the cost of the publication—the same with the small profits from the store.
