We will announce the winner on the Veterans radio show Veterans Talk / The Forgotten Promise on November 20th. The program runs from Noon to 1 PM Pacific Standard Time. Locally (the Las Vegas area) it’s on 720 AM and 101.5 FM. It can also be seen as a Facebook live stream on the VTRC.US website. The winner will be announced in a post from me on Medium and Coffee Times after the show is over.
