If you take and reduce giving to charity and charitable act and only apply the math, you miss the whole point. Why did the person do this. Because it was want they wanted to do. Period.

This effort can not be reduced to a net sum game. Otherwise, we break out all the math models and determine the cost benefit ratio and only the one with the best ratio should get funds. Not so.
