I'm not sure how much teaching you've done. Take it from someone that has. Take it from someone who's also been on the receiving end of "teaching."

Teaching can be as simple as showing someone where to find an opportunity and then what do with it. Or, hire someone with NO skills, teach them to do something and now they have all that they need to fish, but will they?

You cannot force someone to fish. We each have to decide to give fish, teach to fish, or do both depending on the circumstance.

As someone that's done both on a global scale. I just wanted to share with you another point of view.
