The Importance Of Fine Dining, Dinner or Substance
Are we that different?
Starting out with plenty to eat, a nice family, a small farm with rabbits, chickens, turkeys, ducks, and our pet dog, Bell, I became homeless when I was nine.
Yet, strangely, I was blessed to eat in both these halls. While these are AI representations, they exist.
I remember dining with a King, Queen, and Prime Minister at one meal. While the conversation swirled around about oil, power, position, and what needed to be done, it was extremely hard for me to think of anything but those people who weren’t eating that night.
Just one year before this dinner, I was forced into bankruptcy due to medical bills for a father-in-law who suffered a severe stroke at age forty-eight. At the same time, oil had just hit a new low, and I was forced to sell my holdings at ten cents on the dollar.
At the time of this particular dinner, my fortunes had turned around, and I was doing fine, but that didn’t matter. All I could focus on was what a small portion of what was being spent on me and others would accomplish.
