This is a very interesting article. It should obviously be taught in the MBA entreprenuership program. However, as a leader without an MBA and someone with 27 companies where I've either the Chairman & CEO or the President and CEO, I think this article will not be absorbed the masses. Those CEOs trying to get their business off the ground.

In my view, my success has been a direct result of open communication where I can lead everyone in the direction they need to go. As an employer I never allowed the noice to become even noticed. Why, I was looking at every employee as part of the solution to get to the destination "the prize."

There can be multilevels of achievement. My personal best took the team of 75 employees past the $1 B mark in 20 months. Profitable in 15 months. Everyone wins only when everyone is focused.

Leaders, lead.

The article was well written and it was on point from a purely technical point of view. As I said, budding MBAs should absolutely read and know what you've said. They should also know how to lead others to their success as well.

Sorry about the length.
