Tony, thank you for that response to Gabriella; as her friend, a writer, and editor for Dancing Elephant Press, I've watched while this good woman has tried to defend Medium and still encourage writers to participate and especially to build community. As a former CEO for thirty different companies over fifty years, I know that real sustained growth depends on transparency from senior management. It certainly doesn't depend on someone in the Boost program telling her, if you don't like it, get out.

All indications are that Medium can be a company to sustain growth over a long period; however, not with present policy discouragement and disincentives. Thank you for responding to Gabriella.
