Turn Off The Plastic Tap

My long-time friend, Gary (FriedmanArchieves.com) has asked that I spread the word about an Artist that cares deeply about our planet. His name is Benjamin Von Wong. His work lies at the intersection of fantasy and photography.
Gary has asked for my help, and yours to get the word out. At the same time, there are some very nice prizes that Von Wong is personally offering for your help. He is willing to put his money forward for something important. Plastic containers and bottles that litter our oceans aren’t just important; our action is critical.
The artist: Benjamin Von Wong (https://www.vonwong.com/) has put together a contest that will dramatically increase awareness of this international disaster. YOU CAN HELP and win prizes too.
Von Wong is holding two drawings and will be giving away prizes ranging from a Dell Precision 5760 workstation to monitors, tablets, B&H store credit, an electric scooter, and about a dozen other things. There are actually two different contests, and all you have to do to enter is help him spread the word online and/or do suggested things that can lead to positive environmental change.
The “Spread the Word” campaign — Share, re-tweet, comment on, remix his work, or even create your own song raising awareness and sharing it on social media. Details on this page: https://gleam.io/Pvpx3/spread-the-word
The “Take Action” campaign — This contest is for those who write political leaders, contact consumer goods and food service companies encouraging them to use fewer plastics, or take one of 14 other suggested actions. Details on this page: https://gleam.io/pz8Jf/take-action.
A full list of prizes and the fine print can all be found here: https://paper.dropbox.com/doc/TurnOffThePlasticTap-Giveaway-3fm9H7WZP2An6qEczVJWi
This contest ends on November 4th, so act quickly to become eligible!
ABOUT: My friend Gary is a fellow author, thirty-five books on Sony cameras and photography and other topics. He is also a contributing editor to Camera Craft magazine, one of the most respected photography magazines in the world.
The time is short but the need to spread the word is critical. Please help, Van Wong, Gary Friedman and I get the word out to others, quickly.
Thank you.
