Who Are You?

A brief discussion

Literal reflection

It’s always good to reflect on where we are—goals, purpose, morality, friends, and so much more. But, it’s also good to stop for a moment each day to look in the mirror to see if we like what we see.

Mirrors can reflect whatever the viewer decides to see.

Mirrors can be used as a metaphor. Use the mirror example to examine those things that can’t be seen in a mirror.

In the mirror, you can reflect on principles and values like integrity, character, love, sincerity, hope, willingness to help others, and the desire to be better today than you were yesterday.

A mirror is not just for reflecting on what’s in front of it. Mirrors can be a reminder of what you hope to become.

Why do you look in the mirror?
