Why would America want to Rule The World? I don't believe that's true at all. As a country we spend millions helping other nations. Sometimes that good and sometimes bad, depends on your point of view. That's not the point.
Over a 50+ year span of time, I've been around the world more than 25 times. My last large company was in 55 plus countries doing not-for-profit work and relief in China, Japan, Argentina, the US, India, and Africa. I never heard that we have that attitude.
I've met with Kings, Queens, Prime Ministers, Ministers of all types, Presidents of countries, Presidents of CEOs of major and minior international and national companies. I worked closely with a couple of Ambassadors from European countries to the UN and I've never heard that we wanted to take over the world. How could I be that sheltered?
I think we've stood against oppression in the past and today through trade sanctions.
We have very influential people who are prominent in this country from both the countries in question. I don't think either of them wants to see America die by one thousand cuts.
There are so many ways to make America even better than it is without resorting to violence. To me, violence, like swearing and using the F word, is a sign of a weak mind attempting to communicate and typically failing.
Mohamed, you have every right to complain, protest, and WORK for social change, here and abroad.
When we all finally realize that we're all people worshiping a higher power and trying to live. Then, we'll finally recognize that we have more in common than we realize.
