With all due respect, that's not the issue. While you may be told that the number of views and reads is a correlated number, most writers will disagree with you. We also know that we MUST accept whatever is said. However, you can't compare numbers from stories one person has written with stories from the same person.

Views and Reads are NOT in alignment. Personally, I make enough to buy my wife a nice dinner each month for date night. Most writers are no different. If any one of us is a poor writer, we can accept that. But, the correlation between Views and Reads is something that you personally ought to have justified to you.
