The dark web wasn't discussed, at least not in the discussions we had.

We also had discussions by industry. Several years later I was head of the committee for the adoption of the Internet for the Commercial Insurance sector.

Fun stuff, I was and am still honored that I was given the chance to be at the forefront of so many changes in my time.
