You're very good at what you do. It's clear you long (a little bit) for simpler times, but I remember them being just as problematic in different ways.

Technology is moving us forward and helping to keep costs down. It's not perfect, as you pointed out, but life is better (in my view) with the technology we have. Thanks for this.
